The joint endeavors of residents from two residential apartments in sector 74 Noida has paid off. The residents of Ajnara Grand Heritage and Supertech Capetown had appealed Noida Authority to develop the landscape on 3-acres of land between these two residential complexes.
Noida: Resident’s joint efforts paid dividends, as horticulture and civil work is about to commence on the green patch of land that was held up for quite some time. The green area in question is a land between two complexes, Ajnara Grand Heritage and Supertech Capetown in sector 74, Noida. Noida authority was presented with a charter of demand by the residents in which 3-acres land’s landscaping and civil work were the main issues.
It was a moment of relief and happiness for the residents to see their demands, not only accepted but the commencement orders to horticulture department also given. The director of Horticulture Noida Authority Om Bir Singh assured residents that land use will be converted to green landscape and the horticulture work will begin soon. The residents and buyers have commended the authority to speed up the conversion process of land.
The real estate news of sector 74 caught the attention of other sector residents also who have similar issues. This issue will help them to emulate and sort out similar issues. Regarding the achievement of sector 74 residents, a resident of Ajnara Grand Heritage informed about their struggle. He said for the last couple of years they were trying to convince authority about this land marked green area in the master plan. However, it had become a dump yard of the construction machinery. It was likely to be encroached if resident’s efforts had been futile.
The resident also informed about their relentless struggle, as there was a mountain of construction material lying in front of their apartments. About ten thousand residents living in two complexes wanted this green area to be developed to green landscape garden. The residents were told previously that the land belonged to a builder, later that proved false. It is important that people from other sectors too should take care of the green areas. The awareness regarding benefits of greenery are known to all but participation of everybody is required.
